CHOCOLATE COVERED NUTS-the healthy way !

1- Melt good quality chocolate such as 72% or higher .

2- Toss in your favorite nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts or both!

3- Coat nuts well take them out with a fork and place on parchment paper.

4- Let it cool .
