1- Clean and pat dry chicken bottoms-leave skin on.
2- In a bowl mix oil , salt and some spices such as pepper, paprika , parsley etc.
3- Brush chicken -under the skin and on top of skin -generously with oil mixture .
4-Bake closed in a preheated 400° oven for about 2 hours .
5- Now bake it open for another 15 minutes .
Enjoy with some healthy cooked vegetables .
