SPAGHETTI (squash) AND CHEESE

1- Bake the whole spaghetti squash in a preheated 375° oven .

2- Let cool.

3- Cut the spaghetti squash in half in length .

4-With a fork shred the squash ‘strings’ and leave it in the peel - that serves as the bowl.

5- Mix in pasta sauce( sugar free or feel free to skip and just put spices such as oregano and salt )

6- Add some shredded cheese and bake both halves open in 375° oven for about 10 minutes until golden on top .

Extremely filling and delicious !
